amazon.comで本が購入できないだと！

amazon.comで本を購入しようと思ったのですが、「Add to cart」→「Proceed to checkout 」とクリックして、以前本を買ったときに登録した住所のまま「Ship to this address」をクリックすると…

「There was a problem with some of the items in your order」というメッセージが表示されます。

何が問題なのかと思いさらに下を見ると。

「Sorry, this item can't be shipped to your selected address. Learn more. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order. You can also see if this item is available to ship to your address from another seller. 」

以前は何の問題もなく買えたのに！
